She was busy talking to someone and completely ignored me for more than a minute, then when I asked for assistance about a product she told me I was wrong and they didn't sell it (despite having bought it 2 days ago). Once she located the product she insisted it was called something else. Then she verbally berated my disabled son in front of other customers and when told he was disabled, she commented on how 'good looking' he was. I will not be entering this business when she is working! All other staff are polite and provide customer service, this person should not be a service role and is actually offensive and rude.
